Your Initial Consultation -

Your initial consultation is convenient, as well as time and cost effective. As with any of your sessions, you may respond as time permits and you can take the time to reflect upon my response and collect your thoughts before replying. Additionally with saved emails, you are able to go back and review the advice, counseling or coaching you've received. The advice you get during the initial consultation may be all the help you need - or you can go on and choose from a variety of Sessions. Please see Sessions page.

How to begin your Initial Consultation -

Your initial consultation will begin with an email from you describing your situation, challenge or need in detail and your desired goal(s).
